E. J. Yancy has founded,
purchased, and operated various private businesses
since
1976. He has an advanced degree from Yale University,
where he also
was on the faculty. At Harvard, he was a
full-time Loeb Fellow and a Ph.D
candidate. Mr. Yancy is
a former member of The Young Presidents'
Organization (YPO) and founder of The Black Young
Presidents'
Organization
(BYPO).
He is married and the father of two sons and a
daughter.
Mr. Yancy is a veteran of
the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve.

Doug Van Clief's merchant
and investment banking experience has included
engineering complicated mergers, sourcing, and financing
of control-equity investments. Mr. Van Clief completed
his undergraduate studies at the
University of
California Santa Barbara and has an advanced degree from
Northwestern. He is a former member of The Young
Presidents'
Organization
(YPO). He is the father of four
daughters.
